TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms & conditions apply to all L'amour des Bonbons offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries of L'amour des Bonbons. 
By ordering an item you agree to these conditions, please read through them carefully before placing an order.

You can place your order via the order page on the website. You have 14 days of time after receipt (law “distance selling”) to return or exchange the ordered items. After the expiry of this period, the purchase will be finalized and you will remain the owner of the purchased items.

Once you placed your order the agreement becomes binding.
Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

Once your order has been picked up by the shipping courier, we are not able to change or cancel an order once placed. 
Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order. 
We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made. 

Offers apply as long as stocks last. Prices are not increased unless legal measures give rise to an increase. L'amour des Bonbons is not commited to her offer if there are programming errors in the webshop.

CANCELATION

If for any reason you need to cancel the order, you must do so within 24 hours by e-mail to [email protected] . Please mention the order number and reason in case of a cancellation.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

With an order you can pay in advance by means of the indicated payment options on the secure (SSL) payment page. The order will be sent to you when paid. We will send a confirmation by e-mail.

The different payment methods we offer are iDeal, Visa, Mastercard. We occasionally have a discount/promotion, which is influenced by our stock, trends and supply and demand. Unfortunately, in these cases, it is not possible to receive the difference in price as a refund. If you live outside the EU and want to order something from our website, import fees and taxes may apply.

When converting prices to another currency a slight price variation of between 2% and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. 
When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank. 
We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at the receiver's end.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

L'amour des Bonbons will ship your order with PostNL within The Netherlands. If you are located outside The Netherlands the package will be handed over to your local carrier after arriving in your country. We offer track & trace information to track your package.

For The Netherlands: PostNL will offer the package once at your specified home address / delivery address. If you are unable to receive it, you have three weeks to pick up the package at the post office or other location indicated by PostNL. L'amour des Bonbons does her utmost to realize the specified delivery time of 7 working days. If an item is no longer available within 30 days, for whatever reason, you will receive a message. In that case you have the right to cancel the order free of charge, and L'amour des Bonbons will refund the amount already paid. L'amour des Bonbons is not liable for any damage you may suffer because the delivery did not take place at the address given by you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All delivery confirmation requests and international custom fees are subject to additional charges paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged to receive merchandise. It is the sole responsibility of buyer to check local regulations.

If you live outside the EU and want to order something from our website, import fees and taxes may apply.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. 
If for some reason you are not, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product. 

The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer (unless the shipment is a faulty item). 
Please make sure your order details (order number, name, address) are included in your return parcel and are shipped with a track & trace number since we can not refund lost parcels.

In the case of returns you must meet the following conditions:

-You can only exchange items purchased at lamourdesbonbons.com

-You must register your return by e-mail within 3 working days after you have received the order.

-The garments must not been used and kept in a smoke, dust and hair-free (dog or cat) environment. They must be returned in a proper packaging to L'amour des Bonbons. E-mail us at info@lamourdesbonbons and we will provide you the address. Make sure that the shipment is franked, otherwise we can not accept it. Always accompany the return package with a note on which your name, address, order number and bank account number that can be read. Also confirm this in the email you sent.

-If you want to exchange an item for a different item, L'amour des Bonbons will take care of the shipping costs of the resold article.

-You can only exchange an item ones.

-When returning (dissolution purchase of 1 or more articles) the return amount of the items(s) (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred to you within 30 days. As soon as that has been refunded, we will send an email.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

1. L'amour des Bonbons guarantees that the table couture to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be imposed on them. However there can be little imperfections do tue that everything is made by hand.
2. The guarantee mentioned under 1. shall apply for a period of 1 month after delivery.
3. L'amour des Bonbons provides you with proof of purchase as proof of warranty.
4. If the table couture to be delivered do not comply with these guarantees, L'amour des Bonbons will replace the table couture within a reasonable term after receipt thereof or, if return is not reasonably possible, after written notification regarding the defect by you (providing photo’s), at the option of L'amour des Bonbons or take care of recovery of the table couture.
5. The guarantee referred to here does not apply if the defect arose as a result of improper or improper use or if, without the written permission of L'amour des Bonbons, you or third parties have made changes or attempt to make or use the table couture. For purposes for which the table couture is not intended.
6. If the supplied table couture does not correspond to what was agreed and this non-conformity is a defect in the sense of the product liability regulation, then L'amour des Bonbons is not liable for consequential damage. The provisions in these general terms and conditions with regard to guarantee, do not affect your warranty claims under the law, all with due observance of the provisions of these general terms and conditions and the agreement, including the nature and the quality of what has been sold and delivered to you. .
7. Notwithstanding the above, L'amour des Bonbons is not liable if the damage is due to intent and / or gross negligence and / or culpable actions, or your injudicious or improper use.

2. Participation

2.1 Participation in this competition is open to all residents of the Netherlands.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

3. Promotion period

The Valentine's give away competition runs from February 14 to February 25, 2024. 

The Libelle give away competition runs from 14 June -10 July 2024.

All entries received within this period will be considered for entry.

4. The price

4.1 The prize of this competition consists of 2 placemats worth 90 euros.

4.2 The prize is personal and non-transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

5. Winner

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

5.2 If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days, L'amour des Bonbons reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Publicity

6.1 By participating in this competition, the participant agrees that, if he/she/they becomes the winner, his/her/they name and/or image may be used by L'amour des Bonbons for promotional purposes.

6.2 The participant agrees that L'amour des Bonbons has the right to make images or videos of the awards ceremony, including the participant, and to distribute these images online via the L'amour des Bonbons website and/or social media channels.

6.3 The participant hereby transfers all rights to the images or videos made to L'amour des Bonbons, without right to compensation.

7. Liability

7.1 L'amour des Bonbons is not responsible for technical malfunctions, defects or delays in connection with participation in this competition.

After L'amour des Bonbons has transferred the package to the parcel service, L'amour des Bonbons is no longer responsible for the parcel.

This means that loss of the parcel or damage to it is not the responsibility of L'amour des Bonbons.

7.2 L'amour des Bonbons is not liable for any damage of any kind arising from or related to participation in this competition or the use of the prize.

7.3 L'amour des Bonbons reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.

8.Privacy

8.1 Personal data provided when participating in this competition will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

8.2 The personal data provided will only be used for the handling of this competition and will not be provided to third parties without the permission of the participant.

9. Final provisions

9.1 Dutch law applies to this competition.

9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this competition will be submitted to the competent court in the district in which the Organizer is located.

9.3 If any provision of these general terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

By participating in this competition, the participant agrees to these conditions.

9.4 There will be no correspondence about the results

Without written permission from L'amour des Bonbons, photos, graphics, artworks, logos and table couture cannot be reproduced and publicly used.
